march hols!!! it's been borrringg..had to go back to sch on mon tues and wed, FOR LESSONS!!! ugh. and maths lectures are super boring man, they're e worst of all. BUT, lit rocks!!! woo hoo!! e ang moh guy is super funny man..hah. oh well, e hols have been, great so far. ((x and, YES!! i made it into e cj soccer team!! Praise God!!! will be playing e last 20 min of this sat's match against safsa with 3 other j1s cos coach wants us to have a feel of a game. (((: so far, jc life has been managable la..nothingg too terrible. haha. but i miss e FCGs!! oh well, GO FATS!! woo!! hah! i'll be rotting at home e whole day today cos it's e only day of e hols i can do this and it's a valid enough reason to convince me to do that so i will stop blogging now and i know, this doesn't make sense. hah. :D g'bye! Hey!! (: first day in cj, yes cj, wasn't brilliant but...ok la. hah. BUT, it was a SUPERB day!!! anw, i've finished SP course!!! Woo!! AND, i'm UNDERSTUDYING this week!!!!!! oh praise God man...I LOVE GOD!! mhmm. (: oh no! no one turned on e aircon. ok it's on now. HAH. had a match on sat, centre-back like, again!! won 8-3!! we let in 3 soft goals..UGH!! and 1 was MY blunder!!! UGH!! oh well, tt just proves i'm human. =D but i made 3 goal-saving tackles k...hah..and we din concede anything in e 2nd half which was good!! ok away from football..OH WAIT! Hello ever-y-body!! i'm back!! =D fyi, i was in jordan, syria then lebanon...and while i was in jordan, there was a bomb blast in lebanon!! -gasps- thank God i wasn't there yet!! Hallelujah! btw, a lebanese member of parliament died in e blast and e lebanese were (maybe still are!) suspecting e syrians were e culprits due to POLITICAL reasons so things were a lil' tense at e border...oh well. all part of e trip. =D saw lots and LOTS and TOO MUCH roman ruins tt we got sick of it at e end of e trip..Ugh! anw, i'm lazy to blog no more. blame jet lag. a lil' moment of brilliance

So, i played for Keith's team from his church on sat against this other team from his church..had to play as centre back..i'd love to be right back..but i was needed. =D HAHA! first half was bad...but considering i only knew 2 ppl there and we hadn't played together before, it wasn't e worst performance...the first few minutes were H-A-V-O-C for us...conceded like, 2 in e first 5 min or so...i hadn't touched e ball and we were ald a goal down!!! oh ya, oomph!! but aft keith moved to central defence with me, our defence was as solid as Thomas and Bosco (tell ya what, i'll jus call Bosco Paul Scholes la ok? sounds better anw..). "who're thomas and paul scholes?" u might ask oneself. they were their two centre mids, e playmakers, e whole team, e steven gerrard and xabi alonso of liverpool. Thomas's this huge skilleded african guy who was prollie e best player on e pitch..paul scholes isn't as big, but he's super smoth on e ball!! talented no doubt. but get this, they weren't on our team. ("HEYY!!!" goes e Anfield crowd) by half-time, we were 3-1 down, oh-so-down. BUT, we could've been 4-1 down..ok, here goes.

the ref blows for a legal tackle at e edge of e box. FOUL! (yes! this ref blows for legal tackles too! buy this one, and get one basketball ref FOR FREE!!!) anyway. e freekick's sweetly positioned for a left foot curler into e top right hand corner of e goal. but no!! the right footed paul scholes stands over e ball. everyone expects a cross in. i mark a man at e far post. scholes goes for e shot!! a well-stricken solid right-footed shot to e bottom right corner of e goal, e far post. And suddenly, everything was slow motion. (drama mama!!) e ball seemed blasting towards me but had a mean curl tt took it away from me. my defensive instinct got me to stick my leg out. OFF THE LINE! the ball spiralled upwards and e pace of e ball took it out for a corner. Woohoo!!! Hallelujah!! my first off the line clearance. my team was like giving me pats on e back and all. woohoo! and to cap of tt amazing moment, i headed away from e resulting corner before e ref blew for half time.

2nd half we came on and showed amazing team spirit, played 3 at e back, very effective. again, my partnership with keith in central defence. and we had men to man mark thomas and scholes. fought back and got a goal, 3-2. but we leaked another! 4-2. fought back again. 4-3!! C'MON!!! 5 min left, do or die, sink or swim, now or never. pushed up. i played midfield. keith and di-atomic-nesh played at e back. couldn't get a thing!! keith pushed up too. things were starting to happen! yes, happen in e wrong way. thomas had e ball. i went for e ball. CLEAN TACKLE!! a had e ball. but he din like it. he shoved me. ppl told me to walk away. i did. aft tt, he almost kicked me in e face but changed his mind..well actually, e ball was in mid air..he was gonna kick it..but i headed it first.. =D he's a good chap he is. anw, things continued to go wrongly and conceded another. 5-3. our morales were crushed. 6-3. final whistle went.

Hallelujah!!! exams're over!! they've been over for a week ald actually...now for PAE!!! how am i supposed to choose 12 courses??? 12!?!! i hope i can get into a jc...but i doubt so la...think i'll get into MI..now MI also got problem..there's no science stream at e bartley campus!!! only at toh tuck..though i got direct buses to both campuses, most ppl i know'll be going to e bartley campus!! ah!! peer pressure!!! how? idunno! ok nicholas has made up his mind. toh tuck is too very far. so bartley-commerce it is!! woohoo!! ok tt's all i'm lazy to write anymore..lack of sleeeep...haven't slept for 28+ hours...goodnight...=D

oomph, yes oomph. had a match yesterday, e youth team vs adults..wasn't REALLY a match la..but we had a real ref and all..first half played youths vs adults, 2nd half played mixed..so yupp. was SUPER off form laa!! lost e ball a couple of times..though i intercepted a couple too...didn't get to play e rough tough use-your-body kinda game..but i guess i was a lil effective playin in e centre defensively..pushed up more than once, played another couple of through balls..one was offside though..tt was e first half. btw, e first half seemed never-ending..mind you, i'm not e only one who thinks so..oh well. not complainin. 2nd half i came on as a sub..played wide on e right..though i drifted into e centre a bit..delivered 1 good cross and one pathetic one..and then, oomph. offensive corner. outside e box. called for ball. bro victor picked me out. delivered a wonderful cross in. everyone missed. it fell for me. i made a lunge for it. but so did a defender. i got to it first. defender's studs right in my shin. yes, OOMPH. PRAISE GOD FOR SHIN PADS. Hallelujah! at first, i thought it was just a bump..so i continued playing..only aft e match (which we needless-to-sayingly lost) when i went to rinse my legs did i realize tt i had a gash across my right shin (with abt 4 bruises)..oomph. i also realised tt it stings when water is forcefully splashed onto it. =D oomph. oh well, tt's what i love abt central defensive midfielding...haha..bet this is everyday occurances for ppl like roy keane & edgar davids..right now, i thank God for a brilliant match experience. got home and studied my pants off of course..social studies all e way!! industrialization and labour and population control and merger and separation and what not. oomph, yes oomph. today was pretty much industrialization and labour and population control and merger and separation and what not too...tmr's gonna be like tt too..oomph, yes OOMPH. O level starts next week!!! oomph, yes OOMPH. OOMPH I TELL YOU OOMPH!!! but 2 weeks are all it takes, 2 weeks. THEN IT'S OVER!!! ohh lemme tell ya, lots of things, life-twisting things, can happen in the next 2 weeks. Hallelujah!

whattodowhattodowhattodo??? one more week, 7 more days. tt means just one more monday, one more tuesday, one more thursday...etc...till e 'O's..HOW??? oh well, just study..sounds so SO simple huh...well it's NOT. first, there's e distractions. e tv, e com(like now!!), e PS2, soccer, and practically everything else which does not contribute to my knowledge as i enter e exam hall. that's just one thing. and then there's e inevitable thought of, "hmm...what subject should i do huh...? ok let's do humanities..wait! humans need to memorize a lot...ok la i shall do PoA...but my accounts not bad what...ok so i'll do physics! but since i'm gonna do science, might as well do chem, since my chem is horrible..then if i'm concentrating on horrible things, i should do HUMANITIES!!! but humanities need to memorize so much!!! ok i shall do PoA...but ... ..." the vicious cycle of deciding-what-subject-to-study. ANDTHEN, by the time i get studying, i'll slowly, but surely, get hungry. whattodo. FCG what. that's Fat Charming Guy, if u din noe.

Ah whattheheck. that's what exams are all about anyway...self-discipline. so as far as distractions, e vicious cycle of deciding-what-subject-to-study and (excessive)food are concerned, they'll just have to wait. just like everything else.

finally bloggeded after 3 days!! feels so...right. =D O levels rock man! dunno what i'd do without them..oh wait i know! i'll have fun. fun which does NOT involve TYSs and a1s and a2s and b3s and etc. how nice that'd be...well, it will be in ONE(1) MONTH'S TIME!! until then keep studyin nic, uh huh.

ate at George's last night and it was SHIOK! superb man..nothin like it. king-cut steak, black-peppered crabs, baby-back ribs, gooseliver pasta, and what not. supercalifragilisticexpialasumptous.

today's day two and made RAPID progress on my blog today!! i'm so proud of myself..though i didn't do it ALL by myself!! had some help here and there...thanks again! =D wa liao...later still got tuition..2 solid hours of maths..can't wait to find out what new careless mistakes i can make. i'm super duper careless!! stupid carelessness. so bored now..raining; can't swim, raining; can't play soccer, dylan watching tv; van't watch tv. -bored stuff- WOOHOO!! gonna watch e man utd champions league game later...at 2:45am. hope Park Ji Sung starts...and Rooney...love watching 'em play...i feel sorry for Giggs though...ohwellwhattodo. ok i cannot afford to be bored no more and dylan wants to use e com. So, time for winning eleven!!! =D i'll blog again...soon enough...

Study Break - Day One

Today was e very first day of study break and i got B-O-R-E-D to death. die la. like tt how to study..first impression counts ok. Really. oh well, start afresh tmr..
